Alexandra Sostenuto

Alexandra Sostenuto began working with JCJ Insurance as a Assistant Account Manager in 2022.  Spending several years as part of Publix’s Customer Service Staff, Alexandra brought her ability to communicate and build connections with customers as well as problem solving, by handling an assortment of issues that undoubtedly arise.  As a fellow University of Central Florida Knight, Alexandra also shows her dedication to learning new skills and working well within a team.  She assists the Account Managers in issuing Certificates of Insurance in all their complexity as well as maintaining the information regarding customer policies, endorsements, and claims.

Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys making jewelry and going to concerts and music festivals, sometimes traveling the country to attend.
