Kristin McIntosh has worked with the partners of JCJ Insurance for over 15 years and has been a valued member of the agency for more than 10 years. Her extensive experience, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence have made her an essential part of both the client service team and the agency’s operations.

As a Senior Account Manager, Kristin oversees a select portfolio of clients, delivering expert guidance and exceptional service. She also serves as a mentor to team members, helping train staff on agency policies, procedures, and client service expectations while fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.

When she’s not at work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and getting lost in a great book.
