Lauren Hampton

Lauren Hampton joined JCJ Insurance in February 2018 as an Assistant Account Manager and quickly demonstrated a commitment to exceptional client service, ultimately advancing to Account Manager and now Senior Account Manager. Her background in personal lines insurance provided a strong foundation for building relationships with carriers and clients alike.

As a Senior Account Manager, Lauren plays a key role in servicing commercial accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships through the prompt, professional, and efficient handling of quoting, applications, claims, policy servicing, and client inquiries. Her attention to detail, industry knowledge, and dedication to client success make her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Benny. She loves being outdoors, whether relaxing at the beach or spending a day on the river in a boat. When she’s not outside, you’ll often find her curled up with a cozy blanket watching The Bachelor or Love Is Blind, or enjoying brunch with friends.
