Brittany Brown is a Senior Account Manager at JCJ Insurance Agency and has been a valued member of the team since November 2018. Bringing more than a decade of customer service experience and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, Brittany has built a reputation for fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Through her years in the insurance industry, Brittany has developed extensive knowledge and expertise, enabling her to identify effective solutions, advocate for her clients, and help them secure competitively priced insurance products that meet their unique needs. Her dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to client success have made her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work Brittany spends her free time with her two wild boys and three-legged dog Highway. She also loves being out on the water any chance she gets, riding four-wheelers, or working in her garden.
